The company's ability to manage earnings can be seen in the ROA value which is one of the profitability ratios to measure the bank's financial performance. However, the ROA trend at BTN Syariah has decreased significantly over the last 4 years. On the other hand, since the last three years there has been a decline in the number of employees. Therefore, HR must be ready to compete by utilizing existing capabilities in order to remain superior. Human resources can achieve optimal performance results in work is determined by job satisfaction. Based on this, it is necessary to know about the variables that affect job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, compensation, and work environment on job satisfaction of bank BTN Syariah employees in Indonesia. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BTN Syariah in Indonesia with a sample of 101 employees. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the sampling method using convenience sampling. Data collection methods used are online questionnaires and interviews. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The research data were analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS v.3 software. The test results show that the variables of self-efficacy, compensation, and work environment have a significant influence on job satisfaction of Indonesian Islamic bank BTN employees.
