As a country that has a Muslim majority population, economic activities in Indonesia are also inseparable from the rule of being with Islam. One type of muamalah in accordance with sharia is sukuk investment. This study aims to examine and analyze macroeconomic factors, namely inflation, BI rate, GDP, world oil prices, and exchange rates to the value of corporate sukuk issuance in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2019. Hypothesis testing is done by using statistical test tools, the analysis technique uses panel data regression. The number of samples in the study was 34 with 14 companies that issued sukuk and listed on the IDX. The model used is Fixed Effect and Random Effect. The test used to select the best model is the Hausman test. The Hausman test results show that the best model for research is the Fixed Effect Model. The results of the t test of the study show that the inflation and GDP variables have a significant positive effect on the value of corporate sukuk emissions in companies listed on the IDX. The BI rate has a negative and significant effect on the value of corporate sukuk issuance in companies listed on the IDX. Meanwhile, the variables of world oil prices and exchange rates do not have a significant and negative relationship to the value of corporate sukuk emissions in companies listed on the IDX. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Mukhamad Yazid Afandi, M.Ag.
