The population in this research is all employees of BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. On hypothesis testing the method used is SPSS version 25. While the number of samples taken was 43 respondents. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling, while the sampling technique is saturated sampling. The results of the research simultaneously (Test F) show that time balance, balance of involvement, and balance of satisfaction together have an effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, based on the results of the research partially (T test) shows that time balance, balance of involvement, and balance of satisfaction each have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.} }
