The population in this study were all employees of three BPRS in Yogyakarta totaling 103 employees. In testing the hypothesis used is the SPSS 21 method. While the number of samples in this study were 71 employees. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. Simultaneous research results (F test) show that the variables of conflict management, communication, and work environment together have a positive effect on employee performance. And based on the results of the partial study (T test) it shows that the communication variable has a positive effect on employee performance, while conflict management and work environment variables have no effect on employee performance. %Z Pembimbing : Hasan Al Banna, SEI., M.E
