This research is quantitative or statistical in nature which aims to test pre-defined hypotheses. The population in this study found 33 employees. The sampling technique is saturated sample. The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing with IBM SPSS 25. The results showed that the first Islamic leadership style had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Second, the provision of incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Third, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
