So that innovation in banking services is needed to meet the increasingly diverse needs and desires of customers along with technological developments. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest in using online sharia bank account opening services in the millennial generation in Indonesia. This study uses the UTAUT model by adding a perceived risk factor and using trust as a moderating variable. The population in this study is all Indonesian residents who know or have used online sharia bank account opening services. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling, the number of samples used in this study were 107 respondents from 5 clusters. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.3.3 as an analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that facilitating conditions are the main variables that affect the interest in using online sharia bank account opening services. While the other 4 variables, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and perceived risk have no influence on the interest in using Islamic bank online account opening services. In addition, in this study there is only 1 variable that can be moderated by trust, namely effort expectancy.
