The population in this study are employees who work at BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera, BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga and BPRS FORMES. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The primary data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. This study used 80 questionnaires that were processed. The analytical tool used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the job training variable has a significant effect on the employees productivity. The work discipline variable has a significant effect on the employees productivity. The compensation variable has a significant effect on the employees productivity.
