A., Psikolog %T HUBUNGAN IKLIM ORGANISASI, EFIKASI DIRI DAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA KEPOLISIAN DAERAH ISTIMEWA YOGYAKARTA (DIY) %X A police officer must be prepared to be prosecuted professionally in carrying out his duties with all the pressure in the workplace which can cause fatigue. Uncomfortable organizational conditions, the absence of career development causes the quality of the organizational climate to be poor. In addition, burnout is not easy to overcome for some people who have low self-efficacy to solve their problem. High self-efficacy can help police officers to manage any work pressure, thereby minimizing the symptoms of fatigue that occur. This study aims to determine the correlation between organizational climate and self-efficacy on burnout in the Yogyakarta Special Region police. The research method used is using quantitative methods. The number of subjects is 97 members of the police and uses a random sampling technique. This study used multiple regression analysis which showed the following results: 1) there was a negative the correlation between organizational climate and self-efficacy on burnout with a significance value of 0.034 (p <0.05) and had a contribution rate of 17.1% to burnout. 2) there was a negative the correlation between organizational climate and burnout with a significance value of 0.025 (p <0.05) and a contribution rate of 29.5% to burnout. 3) there was a negative the correlation between self-efficacy and burnout with a significance value of 0.011 (p <0.05) and has a contribution rate of 20.3% to burnout. %K Keselamatan kerja, konflik, intensitas kerja, komitmen %D 2021 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib46835
