        abstract = {This study aims to determine how the financial performance of the agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) using the method of Vertical Analysis and Horizontal Analysis. This research is a quantitative study using a descriptive approach and the data taken are secondary data taken from the company's annual financial statements published on each company's official website to be studied. The variable of this research is financial performance with operational definition is vertical analysis and horizontal analysis. Based on the results of research analysis using the Vertical and Horizontal methods on Agricultural Sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2015 to 2019 it can be concluded from the Vertical Analysis that from 10 companies there is only 3 company that has good financial performance, namely PT BISI International Tbk, PT PP London Sumatera Indonesia Tbk, dan PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk and from the Horizontal Analysis that out of 10 companies there are only 1 companies that have good financial performance, namely PT Astra Agro Lestari.}
