%X The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Managerial Ownership, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Percentage of Public Shares and Sales Growth on Profit Management in consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the period 2015-2019. The population in this study is a consumer goods sector company registered with ISSI in 2015-2019. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling of 20 companies from 24 companies. The data collected is secondary data using documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is the estimation of the panel data regression model. The results showed that simultaneously the free variables in the study had a significant positive effect on profit management. Partially, Managerial Ownership and Earnings Per Share have an insignificant negative effect on profit management. Total Asset Turnover has a significant negative effect on profit management. The percentage of public shares has an insignificant positive effect and sales growth has a significant positive effect on profit management
