abstract: The study aims to analyze the effect of managerial ownership, debt
policy, collateralizable assets, and profitability by dividend policy in companies
listed on SRI-KEHATI from 2013-2019. The data used panel data with the method
of analysis in the form multiple linier regression. The tool used to test the data is
using Stata version 14. The sampel data analyzed were 42 samples. The result
showed that managerial ownership, debt policy, collateralizable assets, and
profitability simultaneously affect on dividend policy with a determination
coefficient of 0.6718. The partial test result show that managerial ownership and
collateralizable assets have no effect on dividend policy, while debt policy and
profitability have a significant positive on dividend policy.
