Students who cannot adapt will experience difficulties that ultimately lead to academic stress. Students who experience academic stress will have an impact on student grades and achievement. However, this can be anticipated with the social support of parents during online learning at home. This study aims to determine the relationship between the social support of parents and high school students' academic stress during online learning during the pandemic. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a negative relationship between the social support of parents and student academic stress. This study uses correlational quantitative research methods and the data obtained using scale data, namely the social support scale of parents and the academic stress scale of 118 high school students. Analysis of the data in this study using product moment analysis "Karl person". The results of this study indicate a significance level of 0.00 and a correlation coefficient of -0.390 which means that there is a negative relationship between the social support of parents and high school students' academic stress. The higher the social support given by parents, the lower the academic stress experienced by high school students and vice versa. The effective contribution of social support of parents to students' academic stress is 15.2%.
