However, parents' awareness of the importance of sexuality education is still low, they tend to leave it to the school as a source of knowledge for their children. Even though sexuality education itself has not been specifically applied in the school curriculum. This is a separate problem for early childhood education teachers as educators who carry out the mandate to teach sexuality education to children in schools. The absence of material that suits the needs of children makes teachers feel difficult in teaching sexuality education. The results obtained: 1) exploration stage: a) teacher's understanding of the concept of sexuality education is still limited to the introduction of gender and body parts that can be touched and cannot be touched; b) one of the efforts that have been made by teachers in teaching sexuality education to early childhood is through LKA Cempaka and Si Andin. 2) The media development stage consists of: a) compilation of media; b) validity test by material experts, media experts, and education practitioners; c) revision of media I. 3) Media testing stage: the results of the media effectiveness test with the instrument showed that the media developed was effective. This is evidenced by the increase in the scores of students? learning outcomes from pretest to posttest by 17.9\% for limited trials, while for wider trials it was 21.8\%. 4) Dissemination stage: media socialization was carried out through socialization seminars by inviting Supervisors, Head of IGTK, KasiPuskesmas, and all Kindergarten institutions in Piyungan District. Theoretically, this study criticizes the phallic phase (between ages 4 and 5 years of age), in which children get pleasure through their genitals. Allowing other people?s touch can lead to sexual abuse of children.} }
