The informants selected in this study were 3 college students in Yogyakarta who met the criteria: aged 20-25 years and had at least one year as students in Islamic boarding schools. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The data collection technique used is semi-structured interview. The analysis technique used includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the description of religious maturity includes: (1) religion as a guide/guideline for life, (2) religion to seek pleasure and blessing, (3) having faith in religious teachings, (4) positive feelings when worshiping and negative feelings when commit sins, (5) be tolerant of diversity, (6) religious teachings are united in every aspect of life, (7) feel close to God, (8) desire to deepen religious teachings. Meanwhile, the influencing factors can be divided into the following: internal factors which include subjective experience and values or principles in religious learning, and external factors which include the influence of family, peers, and religious teachers or educational institutions. The meaning of religious maturity found is the implementation of good, true, sincere, and responsible religious teachings. Religious maturity is also interpreted as a belief that Islam regulates all aspects of life, is able to interpret every command and prohibition in religion, and is ready to account for all actions while living in the world. %Z Pembimbing : Ismaitul Izzah, S.Th.I., M.A.
