N2  - Salah satu elemen dalam aktivitas produksi adalah terlibatnya sejumlah beban kerja yang diterima oleh karyawan, baik itu beban kerja fisik maupun beban kerja mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur dan mengidentifikasi beban kerja yang dialami oleh karyawan produksi di V?Nice Bakery Cilegon, serta memberikan masukan terkait permasalahan dasar (Basic event) dari penyebab kelelahan itu terjadi. Dalam analisis beban kerja fisik dengan metode CVL, didapatkan tiga kategori tertinggi beban kerja fisik menurut %CVL, yaitu kategori ?Diperlukan tindakan segera? diterima oleh 2 orang karyawan, ?Kerja dalam waktu singkat? diterima oleh 6 orang, dan ?Diperlukan perbaikan? diterima oleh 13 orang. Sedangkan pada analisis beban kerja mental dengan metode NASA-TLX, didapatkan dua kategori tertinggi beban kerja mental berdasarkan skor NASA-TLX yaitu kategori ?Tinggi? sebanyak 9 orang dan ?Sangat Tinggi? sebanyak 12 orang. Rekomendasi perbaikan berupa FTA sehingga didapatkan masalah-masalah dasar penyebab kelelahan kerja. Rekomendasi perbaikan diberikan kepada kedua pihak yaitu karyawan produksi itu sendiri dan pihak stakeholder seperti manajemen dan pengurus.

One of the elements in production activities is the involvement of a number of workloads received by employees, both physical and mental workloads. The purpose of this study was to measure and identify the workload experienced by production employees at V'Nice Bakery Cilegon, as well as to provide input

related to Basic problems (Basic events) from the causes of fatigue that occurred. In the analysis of physical workload using the CVL method, there were three highest categories of physical workload according to %CVL, namely the category "Required immediate action" received by 2 employees, "Work in a short time" received by 6 people, and "Needed improvement" received by 13 people. Meanwhile, in the analysis of mental workload using the NASA-TLX method, the two highest categories of mental workload based on the NASA-TLX score were "High" for 9 people and "Very High" for 12 people. Recommendations for improvement in the form of FTA so that Basic problems that cause work fatigue can be found. Recommendations for improvement are given to both parties; employees themselves and stakeholders such as management.
