Gratitude and social support became one of the things that matter with the subjective well-being a subtitute teacher. The aimed of this research is to find out the relations of gratitude and social support with subjective well-being a subtitute teacher during the pandemic. The subjects of this research were 103 subtitute teachers in Bantul district area, and a muslim. Quantitative Corelational methods were used in this research. The data was analyzed through IBM statistic 20 software using Multiple Regression Analysis techniques and Spearman-Rho's correlations. The result showed analysis correlation of 0,908 and sig. 0,000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05) mean that the hypothesis was accepted. The higher gratitude and social support, the higher subjective well being, and vice versa. An effective contribution given gratitude and social support to the subjective well-being is 40,2\%. Both of minor hypotheses analyzed by Spearman-Rho?s correlations was accepted. The value of correlation (r) between gratitude and subjective well-being is 0,504 and sig. 0,000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05). The value of corelation (r) between social support and subjective well-being is 0,540 and sig. 0,000 (p {\ensuremath{<}} 0,05).} }
