abstract: The case of commercial sexual exploitation of children is an emergency problem. Seeing the target victims are children under the age of 18 years who are state assets as the nation's generation. Of course, fast and appropriate handling is needed to prevent, recover and provide protection to victims. In Law No. 35 of 2014 changes from Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection has emphasized the rights of victims, punishments for perpetrators and those who are responsible for providing services. State policies, both through Presidential Decrees, Laws and Regional Regulations, clearly describe the actions to deal with CSEC victims. The parties responsible for providing services to victims of CSEC as the focus of this research are Sakti Peksos and Rekso Dyah Utami. These two government agencies provide services to victims in the form of psychological, psychosocial, health recovery, safe houses, legal aid and post-termination assistance. However, the pattern of handling carried out by the two agencies has various differences and similarities, but the goal is healing for the victims.
