Sukiman, M.Pd. abstract: The implementation of learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic brought up new ways and innovations in the process, so that it became a separate thought for educators with limited space and movement. Various efforts have been made by the government in handling this virus outbreak by issuing several policies such as self-isolation, social and physical distancing to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). This policy ultimately has a major impact on the learning process carried out during the current Covid-19 pandemic. Thus changing the direction of the learning process in Indonesia, which initially carried out face-to-face/offline learning to online/network learning. This is what underlies researchers to conduct research on the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic in terms of using learning media in MAN throughout Bantul Regency. This study aims to find out how the use of learning methods in MAN Bantul Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic, find out the problems experienced by MAN Bantul Regency in using Learning Management System (LMS) media and find out the impact of using Learning Management System (LMS) media on subjects. History of Islamic Culture (SKI). This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes the use of field data (according to reality). Data collection techniques using participatory observation methods, interviews and documentation. While the data sources used were several samples of respondents in the madrasas studied, namely, vice principals of madrasas, teachers of SKI subject. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis based on facts and facts in the field in accordance with the data obtained to be verified and tested for validity using the data triangulation method. Based on the research that has been carried out, several results can be drawn including: 1) The implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is carried out according to the needs and circumstances of the students, the WhatsApp application is used by MAN 1 and MAN 4 Bantul, the E-Smart (Moodle) application is used by MAN 2 Bantul and the GeSchool application are used in MAN 3 Bantul. 2). Constraints experienced during learning with the use of LMS media in MAN throughout Bantul Regency include network constraints, quota constraints (data packets) and environmental constraints. 3).
