This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective module. Module development using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Explanation of the effectiveness of the learning module used a questionnaire in class III MI Sananul Ula and for an explanation of the effect on the effectiveness of learning using the results of the pretest and posttest. At the development stage, validation tests were carried out by material experts and the development of the design of teaching materials, and at the Implementation stage limited trials were conducted at MI Sananul Ula by conducting experimental observations. The results of the feasibility of the module that were developed based on the validity of the module obtained very feasible criteria with the following values: content feasibility aspect value 82 from a maximum value of 96, presentation feasibility aspect 52 from a maximum value of 56, language feasibility aspect 82 from a maximum value of 96, while the graphic feasibility aspect 147 from the maximum value of 192. Results The effectiveness of learning using test by looking at the results of the pretest and posttest. The results of the pretest showed 51.79 while the posttest increased to 81.89. The level of effectiveness of using the module was analyzed by using the Statistical Paired Sample test with value of -11, 147 and a sig (2-tailde) value of 0.000. Thus, the module used is proven to be significantly effective in improving students learning. The effectiveness of learning using the SKI class III module at MI Sananul Ula has a very good level based on field trials measured using student responses to the module components developed to obtain very good criteria with a score of 938 from a maximum value of 1120.
