With this, the role of parents as the vanguard in educating children is like a teacher figure at school. This condition requires positive education in parenting in order to guide and teach children from home. A theory of child education belonging to Ki Hajar Dewantara and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan regarding positive parenting can be studied using a literature review so that it can be analyzed based on concepts and comparative studies of positive parenting for early childhood from two different perspectives. This type of research is a literature review using the primary data of Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's Book of Tarbiyatul Aulad Fil Islam, and Ki Hajar Dewantara's book Education and Independent Humans. Secondary data were obtained from several literature sources from books, journals, and books that discuss positive parenting for early childhood. The results of the study state that there is a concept and a comparison of positive parenting Ki Hajar Dewantara has the meaning of parenting in education which is based on affection from the family, school, and community through role models, guidance, and teaching of the geveolige period in order to grow and develop properly. If Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's concept in positive parenting can based on affection from family education, schools and mosques with the use of suitable learning methods in order to make children who have character and believe in Islamic teachings. The strategy used is in the form of stimulation of growth and development based on faith and morals, physical health, intellectual teaching, to social emotional stimulation. Although both implement different strategies, the system and the goal are the same, namely applying love in early childhood parenting. Positive parenting in positive education has implications for character education in the PAUD curriculum and the PPK (Strengthening Character Education) movement in order to make children have character as applied to the concept of positive parenting from the perspective of Ki Hajar Dewantara and Abdullah Nashih Ulwan} }
