%X Education management is a process that aims to achieve goals through human resources or other resources in order to achieve effective and efficient inclusive education. Inclusive Education Organizing Schools (SPPI) are special education services for students with special needs to get equal education without any discrimination. Inclusive education must be generalized to other education. This study aims to describe the management of inclusive education in terms of students, educators, facilities and infrastructure, and financing. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The subjects of this study were the principal, the Special Assistant Teacher (GPK) and the classroom teacher. The results of this study indicate that the management of inclusive education at the Wirosaban State Elementary School, Yogyakarta City has been running quite well but is still not optimal. This is evident from: 1) schools openly accept students with special needs and conduct initial assessments and identifications, extracurricular activities that can be accessed by students with special needs and the guidance and assistance provided starting from being accepted until graduating from school; 2) Implementation of training and professional development for Special Assistant Teachers through seminars, workshops or technical guidance carried out by the Education Office; 3) Strive for school facilities and infrastructure even though there is still no special room that is accessible for students with special needs; 4) get a special subsidy from the Dikpora DIY government related to inclusive education scholarships for students with special needs.
