The study uses a quantitative method with all employees at the BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta as its population. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale which has 4 alternative answers. There were 31 questionnaires that were examined. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership, motivation, work professionalism, and work environment simultaneously had a positive effect on employee loyalty. Partially, transformational leadership variable have a significant positive effect on employee loyalty with tvalue 2.261 with ttable 1,703. Motivational variable has a negative effect on employee loyalty with tvalue -0,593 with ttable 1,703. Work professionalism variable has a significant positive effect on employee loyalty with tvalue 2,176 with ttable 1,703.
