Attention and the role of parents at home who cannot match the character education at school, the inadequate qualifications of new educators and the different character of students also become obstacles in realizing full day school programs in the school environment. So that the new students have not been fully touched by the full day school program, the hope is that with a well-organized program management can improve the character education of discipline and responsibility. The purpose of this study: 1) to find out the description of program management TKIT II Qurrata A'yun Ponorogo, 2) to describe how school institutions maintain the quality of program management, and 3) to find out how the implications of full day school program management in improving the character of discipline and early childhood responsibilities at TKIT II Qurrata A'yun Ponorogo. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive study that is to explain the actual picture or systematic, factual and accurate exposure of the facts and the relationship between the phenomena possessed. Researchers who served as key instruments, the subjects of this study were: the school principal, TKIT II Qurrota A?yun Ponorogo teachers, and student guardians. Data sources used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation relating to full day school program management. After the data is obtained then the validity of the data is checked using the triangulation method. The results of the study, full day school program management at TKIT II Qurrota A'yun covers management: a) curriculum, b) students, c) personnel (HR) consisting of educators or students, d) facilities and infrastructure, e) finance, and f) public relations. Where all of this has been stated in the initial planning before the teaching and learning process. These stages start from planning to effective supervision and each program management has its own coordinator. So that the teaching and learning process goes well according to the objectives, especially in improving the attitude of discipline and responsibility to children.
