The subjects in this study were adolescents in Yogyakarta who were obese as many as 115 people, taken using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type. Data were collected using a body image scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.903, a peer social support scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.917, and a self-confidence scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.912. Statistical analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that "there is a significant relationship between body image, peer social support, and self-confidence in obese adolescents" with a significance level of 0.000. When body image and peer social support are positive, self-confidence is positive, and vice versa. Body image and peer social support are known to collectively provide an effective contribution to self-confidence by 18.2\%, body image to provide an effective contribution of 12\% to self-confidence, and peer social support to an effective contribution of 6.2\% to confidence.} }
