The population in this study are employees who work at BSI Imam Bonjol Branch and BSI Belakang Olo Branch. Sampling in this study using the saturated sampling method, that is, all members of the population can be used as samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Respondents obtained are as many as 70 respondents. The analytical method in this study applies the SEM-PLS method using the SmartPLS version 3.0 software. SEM (Structural Equation Model) or structural equation model. The results of the study show that the self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work facilities variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
