abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of variables on the level of bank financial health (RBBR method) and the quality of earning assets on profit growth in Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2014-2019 period. The independent variables in this study are NPF, GCG, ROA, CAR and KAP while the dependent variable is profit growth. The number of samples in this study were 10 Islamic Commercial Banks. The data analysis technique used Stata 14 software with panel data regression model. The results of this study indicate that the variables NPF, GCG, and CAR have no effect on profit growth, while the ROA and KAP variable has a positive effect on profit growth.
