abstract: Investor, investing in a selected security certainly expects to get a rate of
return that is in accordance with the risks that must be borne by investors. For
investors, the rate of return is the main factor because return is the result obtained
from an investment. This study aims to determine the effect of cash ratio, current
ratio, debt to equity and receivable turnover on profit growth in manufacturing
companies listed on ISSI. This research is a quantitative research. In this study,
the population in question is the Manufacturing sector companies listed on the
Indonesian Sharia Stock Index for the 2016-2019 period, totaling 68 companies.
The analysis in this study uses panel data which is a combination of time-series
data and cross-sectional data. Meanwhile, in data processing, researchers used EViews
10 software as a tool for statistical data processing.The results of this study
indicate that the variable effect of the cash ratio has a positive effect on profit
growth, the current ratio has no significant effect on profit growth, the debt to
equity ratio has a positive effect on profit growth and receivable turnover has no
significant effect on profit growth in manufacturing companies listed on ISSI in
the 2016-2019 period.
