Children?s behavior and morals are greatly influenced by parents and teachers. Through good interaction and communication between parents and teachers will produce good synergy, the synergy of parents and teachers can exchange information about children's development so that education at school must continue at home. Thus, there are three main focuses in this study. Firstly, it is the role of parents and teachers in the process of forming the children's character. Secondly, it is the form of synergy between parents and teachers. And, thirdly, it is the impact of the synergy implications of the role between parents and teachers. This research method is a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study are parents, teachers and children. Data collection is carried out through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data by using a variety of different data collection techniques to get data from the same source. The results of this study are: 1) the role of parents and teachers in forming disciplinary and independent characters in early childhood in the TK Swasta Buah Hati of Central Aceh is done in several ways namely giving examples, providing support and motivation and providing knowledge through media in the form of story books. The last, there is a synergy between parents and teachers. 2) The forms of synergy between the role of parents and teachers in shaping the character of discipline and independence in early childhood are done through five activities: the parenting activities, weekly report book (communication book), home visit, social media (WhatsApp) and direct consultation. 3) The impact of the synergy implications of the role of parents and teachers in shaping the character of discipline and independence, children can be said to develop well, it can be seen from the consistent development of children, and children become disciplined, independent and responsible.
