This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the subject of the research, namely the library that is listed as a member of the library and its research object is SAPA RATU service. The population of this study was 64,589, from the number obtained samples using slovin formula of 99.8 or rounded up to 100 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling techniques. The variable in this study is a single variable that is the perception of the user towards SAPA RATU service. The methods and techniques of data collection use questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Analyse the data using mean and grand mean formulas. The results of this study showed that the number of calculated values from 4 indicators with 16 statement items used was 3,50. So it can be concluded that the perception of the devotees towards SAPA RATU services in the Yogyakarta City Library is very good. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is expected that the Yogyakarta City Library will continue to maintain and improve its service on the adequacy of the amount of books that can be borrowed and the suitability of the book loan service time with the promises.} }
