This is used as a solution so that children can still carry out learning in the pandemic era. In the bilingual learning process there is a goal, which is to be able to stimulate the development of the two early childhood languages well, not just one of the languages. This will make children have their own advantages, because English is an international language and a tool to communicate around the world, but not everyone in Indonesia can use English, it needs to be applied and taught early on. This research uses qualitative descriptive research methods whose data focuses on the process of implementing bilingual learning carried out online due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of the study is to be able to describe and find meaning related to the implementation of bilingual learning conducted online and what are the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of online bilingual learning for students. Where the data collection method used is the result of interviews, observations, and documentation arranged systematically and drawn to conclusions. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. And data validity techniques use source triangulation as well as triangulation techniques. The results showed that: (1) bilingual learning conducted online is a substitute for face-to-face learning. Learning is carried out using whatsapp and zoom, as well as home visits at the beginning of online learning adaptation, as well as the method of delivering materials using two languages, namely Bahasa Indonesia and English, to make it easier for children to add new vocabulary. (2) Supporting factors and obstacles, among others, are: Supporting factors are: atmosphere and motivation to learn, communication, learning media used, support from parents. and the inhibiting factors: facilities and infrastructure, busy parents, mother tongue %Z Pembimbing : Siti Zubaedah, S.Ag., M.Pd
