"This research is motivated by bilingual learning carried out for early\r\nchildhood in pandemic situations, where learning switches from conventional\r\nto online. This is used as a solution so that children can still carry out learning\r\nin the pandemic era. In the bilingual learning process there is a goal, which is\r\nto be able to stimulate the development of the two early childhood languages\r\nwell, not just one of the languages. This will make children have their own\r\nadvantages, because English is an international language and a tool to\r\ncommunicate around the world, but not everyone in Indonesia can use English,\r\nit needs to be applied and taught early on. This research uses qualitative\r\ndescriptive research methods whose data focuses on the process of\r\nimplementing bilingual learning carried out online due to the Covid 19\r\npandemic.\r\nThe purpose of the study is to be able to describe and find meaning\r\nrelated to the implementation of bilingual learning conducted online and what\r\nare the supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of online\r\nbilingual learning for students. Where the data collection method used is the\r\nresult of interviews, observations, and documentation arranged systematically\r\nand drawn to conclusions. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction,\r\ndata presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. And data validity techniques use\r\nsource triangulation as well as triangulation techniques.\r\nThe results showed that: (1) bilingual learning conducted online is a\r\nsubstitute for face-to-face learning. Learning is carried out using whatsapp and\r\nzoom, as well as home visits at the beginning of online learning adaptation, as\r\nwell as the method of delivering materials using two languages, namely Bahasa\r\nIndonesia and English, to make it easier for children to add new vocabulary. (2)\r\nSupporting factors and obstacles, among others, are: Supporting factors are:\r\natmosphere and motivation to learn, communication, learning media used,\r\nsupport from parents. and the inhibiting factors: facilities and infrastructure,\r\nbusy parents, mother tongue"^^ .
