%X This research is motivated by looking at the concept of education in early  childhood education institutions, where the existing educational concept should be  that educators must be professional and able to create conducive learning for  students, because the essence of learning is how to make students learn about  many things, not just about learning. subject matter. Where Ki Hajar Dewantara is  a professional educator as well as a national education figure, it is necessary to  know his thoughts on the concept of professional educators and their relevance to  PAUD educators. Therefore, the researcher will discuss the concept of  professional educator according to Ki Hajar Dewantara and how is it relevant to  PAUD educators?  This research is a type of library research, namely a series of activities  related to library data collection methods. Data collection techniques are the most  important step in research. The documentation method is a record of events that  have passed. Documentation can be in the form of writing, drawings, or  monumental works of a person and can be in the form of diaries, life histories,  biographies, photographs, living pictures, works of art, and others.  The results of this study are professionals with certain academic  qualifications who are tasked with educating, teaching, guiding, directing,  training, and evaluating students at the early childhood education level. Then  according to Ki Hajar Dewantara, early childhood educators are people who carry  out the task of guiding, leading and managing. Parenting means nurturing and  educating them with understanding. Learning in children is carried out  continuously from the time of the ancestors until now, it is still applied.
