Suwadi, M.Ag., M.Pd ID - digilib47795 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/47795/ A1 - Ulil Albab, NIM.: 17204091010 Y1 - 2021/10/04/ N2 - This research is motivated by the weakness of supervision, maintenance and elimination of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Yogyakarta, with the causes of the problems: 1) limited flow of coordination, 2) reduction of Wakamad tupoksi facilities and infrastructure, and 3) limited human resources. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of education facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Yogyakarta, as well as to formulate the development of education facilities and infrastructure management with a Total Quality Management approach. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, with the aim of researching the management process of facilities and infrastructure as well as existing phenomena. Human data sources as key informants are Wakamad Facilities and Infrastructure, then supportive informants are teachers, TU staff, students and users. Meanwhile, non-human data sources are in the form of notes, documents and photographs. The data collection techniques made use of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely: data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. Test the validity of the data by means of a credibility test using triangulation, and a detailed description. The results showed: 1)Management of educational facilities and infrastructure at MAN 1 Yogyakarta includes the processes: planning, procurement and distribution, use, inventory, maintenance and supervision, and elimination. 2)Total quality management applied refers to the goals, vision and mission of MAN 1 Yogyakarta through the four principles applied, namely; dedication, cooperation, clarity of authority and dynamics of flexibility. 3)Development of TQM-based educational facilities and infrastructure management, through the use of herringbone theory as a problem analysis tool. The analysis was performed on material factors, tools, methods, man. The alternative settlement strategies are as follows: a)Material factors. Implement face sensor presence tools and arrange for safe removal of goods from other infrastructure users. b)Tools factor. Through the school environment program, it is hoped that students and madrasa residents will be more careful with the use of the facilities. c)Method factor, there are two strategies: (1) updating the manual system to a digital system, (2) the need for SOPs in inventory and distribution. d) Menstrual factor. there are four strategies; (1) education and / or training provided for the Deputy Principal of Sarpras and HR related to Sarpras. (2) the addition of human resources under the command line of Wakamad Facilities and Infrastructure. (3)strengthening coordination with the application of line and staff organization theory. (4)strengthening of functions and duties is regulated in the applicable regulations.
