"The selection of the right learning media to stimulate speech delay children is very\r\nimportant so that they do not experience difficulties in learning. One of the learning media\r\nthat is the focus of this research is an educational game in the form of puzzles and picture\r\ncards that can be used as a tool for teachers to stimulate children with speech delay in\r\ndeveloping their speaking skills. The main purpose of this study is to find out how the\r\nimplementation of puzzle and picture card games in developing speech delay children's\r\nspeech skills, what are the factors and impacts of puzzle and picture card games in\r\ndeveloping speech delay children's speech skills.\r\nThis study uses a qualitative descriptive type and approach, the Milles and\r\nHubnerman model with data sources from the principal, homeroom teacher of class A,\r\nand parents. This research was conducted at RA Baiturrahman Bima Cirebon. The object\r\nof this research is class A students who have 5 speech delay children from 52 students.\r\nData was collected by methods, observations, interviews, and documentation. This study\r\nuses data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing\r\nconclusions. The data validity technique in this study used triangulation techniques.\r\nThe results in this study showed a number of findings, namely (1) The\r\nimplementation of the puzzle and picture card game in developing speech skills in speech\r\ndelay children was quite well done by the teacher because the teacher first planned\r\nlearning activities in accordance with early childhood education, then the teacher carried\r\nout activities learning is in accordance with a plan that covers all aspects of children's\r\ndevelopment, and the teacher evaluates or provides an assessment of the child's work in\r\naccordance with the assessment standards for early childhood education. (2) The\r\ninhibiting factor for teachers in implementing puzzle and picture card games in developing\r\nspeech skills in speech delay children is caused by class conditions that are not conducive\r\nbecause they do not have special classes for teachers to implement puzzle and picture card\r\ngames for speech delay children, implementation time of implementation Puzzle and\r\npicture card games for children with speech delay have decreased due to the pandemic\r\nperiod, and the lack of support from parents who do not repeat learning from school at\r\nhome, so that teachers have difficulties. However, in implementing the puzzle and picture\r\ncard game in speech delay children, it is supported by teachers who have the ability to\r\nv\r\nmake good learning designs, are able to master the material, are creative in making\r\nlearning media. (3) The impact of the implementation of the puzzle and picture card game\r\non speech delay children can increase the vocabulary spoken by the child, can develop the\r\nchild's speech ability to be better and clearer, can develop the child's ability to express\r\nwhat feelings he wants or feel, can hone the ability of a child's brain to think logically,\r\nand be able to solve problems, can make children's concentration better and make children\r\nhave a patient nature when doing learning activities."^^ .
