The research objectives (1) empirically test the effect of parental attention on the learning motivation of fifth grade students in online learning in elementary schools in Mlati district, (2) empirically test the influence of peers on fifth grade students' learning motivation on online learning in elementary schools in Mlati District and (3) empirically test the influence of parents and peers together on the learning motivation of fifth grade students in online learning in Elementary Schools in Mlati District. This type of research is quantitative research with a questionnaire survey design. The population of this study was the high class, namely class V in elementary schools in Mlati District, which amounted to 9 schools. The sample of this research was 60 students using simple random sampling technique and proportional random side. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate: (1) There is a positive and significant effect between parental attention on students' learning motivation in online learning in Elementary Schools in Mlati District as evidenced by simple linear regression analysis which shows the value of sig. 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}}0.05, and the tcount value is 5.346 {\ensuremath{>}} ttable is 2.002 with an effective contribution of 33\%. (2) There is no positive and significant influence between peers on students' learning motivation in online learning at Elementary Schools in Mlati District as evidenced by simple linear regression analysis which shows that the value of sig. 0.153 {\ensuremath{>}} 0.05, and the tcount value is 1.450 {\ensuremath{<}} ttable is 2.002 with an effective contribution of 3.5\%. (3) There is a positive and significant effect for the effect of parental and peer attention together on learning motivation as evidenced by multiple regression analysis of sig. 0.000 {\ensuremath{<}} 0.05 and Fcount 14.526 {\ensuremath{>}} Ftable 3.15 with an effective contribution of 33.8\%.} }
