"The focus of this research is the components of interpersonal\r\ncommunication as a process in developing relationships in\r\nthe \"Community of Writing Students\" community. The\r\nresearch method used is descriptive-qualitative. Researchers\r\ntry to describe the process of interpersonal communication\r\nconsisting of components - interpersonal communication in\r\nthe development of relationships that go through four stages.\r\nSo that the relationships built by community members both\r\ninternally and externally of the community can be closely\r\nintertwined. Components of interpersonal communication are\r\nSource, Encoding, Messages, Channels, Receiver, Decoding,\r\nResponses, Noise, Communication Contexts.
