The writer used quantitative method; the writer distributed a questionare to 130 respondents to gain data about the influence of organizational communication and leadership style toward employee performance at Gunung Kidul Health Office. In library study, the writer collected the data by reading books, articles, journals related to the topic. The writer also used human relations theory as the theoretical basis for this study. After the data processed into result table of questionare, the writer compare the table result with the basic theory. The data gathered were explained by result table of questionare and the explanation. The result of study indicated that organizational communication and leadership style that apply at Gunung Kidul Helath Office are influence the employee performance. They use those things as the main basis on build good work environment. The suitable work environment with the employee will make their performance increase. The results of this studi that the influence of organizational communication and leadership style toward employee performance at Gunung Kidul Health Office is included in the effective category with Corelations Product Moment. With value 88,2\% take effect of the influence of organizational communication and leadership style toward employee performance at Gunung Kidul Health Office.} }
