One of the factors for the growth of loyality is leadership. If the leadership model applied by a suitable leader will make employees comfortable so that employees will survive to advance the organization. One of the leadership models in growing employee loyality is spiritual leadership. This study aims to determine the relationship between spiritual leadership and employee loyality, while the subjects in this study were the employees of the Today Indonesia Cooperative Company, involving 93 respondents. This study uses a spiritual leadership scale with an alpha coefficient = 0.960 and a loyality scale with an alpha coefficient = 0.972. The test results using simple linear regression with a correlation value (R) of 0.869 which means the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant relationship between spiritual leadership and employee loyality at the Property Today Indonesia Company with an effective contribution (R Square) of 75.3% and 24.7% given by another factor. %Z Candra Indraswari, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psi
