This study used a qualitative approach with case study methods, conducting interviews, and observations in collecting data. The data analysis technique was used consisted of data reduction, coding, categorization, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation was used to test the validity of the data was source triangulation. The research subjects were two male marketing personnel working in a financial company in Magelang. The results of this study showed that in the early stages of becoming a marketing personnel employee, they were able to overcome difficulties, namely, both informants felt confused and doubted about their abilities. The results of this study also found that the two informants were responsible for not resigning when there was a lost customer with a financial company unit. It happened because the two informants were comfortable working as marketing personnel, have work partners who are considered like family. Although there were demands and problems that exist, both informants were committed to survive until now with several things that support their adversity quotient.
