The method used in this study is quantitative with 3 research scales, namely: the psychological well-being scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.934, the social support scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.916 and an academic stress scale with an alpha coefficient of 0.907. The sample in this study were students of students in Yogyakarta with a total of 200 students Santri. Sampling using a quota sampling technique. Quantitative analysis using Pearson product moment correlation analysis technique. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between social support and academic stress with psychological well-being of Santri students with an effective contribution of 47.4%. Analysis of each independent variable showed that social support had a positive relationship with psychological well-being (p = 0.001) with an effective contribution of 22.2% and academic stress had a negative relationship with psychological well-being (p = 0.001) with a effective contribution of 25.7%.
