In order to implement the education system during the pandemic, resources who are able to provide an ?extra-role? are needed for school, especially honorary teachers. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior within the mediating role of psychological well-being. The population of this study were the honorary teachers in Special Region of Yogyakarta. There were 113 samples of honorary teachers by including all samples in the population. This study used quantitative approach and path analysis as an analysis technique by IBM SPSS 25 for windows. Subsequently, this study used sobel test to examine the role of psychological well-being as an intervening variable. Path analysis and sobel test proved that psychological well-being significantly had 29,484\% mediating role. According to the result the hypotesis that psychological well-being mediating the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior was accepted.} }
