        abstract = {The researcher uses e-newspapers as the object of this linguistics research present news from different newspapers to be analyzed. This research is a descriptive qualitative method. This research aims to find out the similarities and differences in the context of the situation towards two online newspapers from a different country, The Jakarta Post and Al Arabiya News, using the context of situation theory from M.K Halliday. The data that we used in this research is an English online newspaper about the agenda of human fraternity between Pope Francis and the UAE leader. The result from this research found that the similarities such in the field, mode, and tenor, while also found the differences such in terms from both newspapers. Its difference on the Field, Indonesian newspaper presented Yemen's issue while the UAE newspaper focuses on Human Fraternity itself. There are mostly found the terms on UAE newspaper related to political rather than in Indonesian newspaper, while the tenor from two newspapers shown in unequal, and happened in the same place with delayed feedback. The mode of the newspapers found that it is written text to be read.}
