The data used in this study are primary data. The sample in this study were 36 respondents. The data analysis method used is validity test, reability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25/19 for Windows. The result of the study based on multiple linear regression analiysis show thah the variables of leadership, training, motivation, and compensation jointly influence the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta employees. Partially, the variables of leadership, training, compensation have a significant positive effect on employee performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. While the motivation variable has no effect on the performance of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta employees. Variable leadership, training, motivation, and compensation can affect employee performance by 46,1% as evidenced by the Adjusted R Square value of 0,461 and the remaining 53,9% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.
