%A NIM.: 16820003 Deli Intan Julhijah %O Pembimbing: Farid Hidayat, S.H., M.Si %T PENGARUH LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN, KONFLIK INTERPERSONAL, DAN WORKPLACE BULLYING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS: BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA KC RASANA’E KOTA BIMA) %X This study aims to explain the influence of education, interpersonal conflict, and workplace bullying on employee performance at BSI KC Rasana’e Kota Bima. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. While the independent variables in this study are basic of education, interpersonal conflict, and workplace bullying. The population in this study is all employees of BSI KC Rasana’e Kota Bima. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a research sample of 61 employees. Data collection was carried out though questionnaires and interviews. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistics 20.00. The results showed that basic of education and interpersonal conflict not simultaneously affect employee performance, then workplace bullying haved negative simultaneously affect employee performance in BSI KC Rasana’e Kota Bima. %K Interpersonal, Workplace Bullying, Kinerja Karyawan %D 2021 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib48344
