As for the background in this study, researchers still find differences in research results between one study and another. This is the main reason for researchers to bring it back with almost similar themes but with different research objects. Given the competence and job training is very influential to improve the quality of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and job training on employee performance at Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all employees of Bank Muamalat KC Yogyakarta, totaling 50 employees. The primary data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires, with sampling carried out by saturated sampling technique. In this study, the existing data is also supported by the results of interviews. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistic 20.00. The results showed that competence and job training simultaneously affect employee performance. Partially, the variables of competence and job training have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In the competency variable, the tcount value is 2,560 and the significant value is 0.014. Meanwhile, job training has a tcount of 3.176 and a significant value of 0.003. %Z Pembimbing: Farid Hidayat S.H.,M.Si
