The population of this research is all employees of BPR Syariah Kotabumi, amounting to 40 people. However, from all the questionnaires distributed, only 34 of the data that met the criteria to be processed were. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires, with sampling carried out using saturated sampling techniques. In this study, existing data were also supported by interview results. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistics 20.00. The results showed that compensation, conflict, job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention. Partially the compensation variable has a significant negative effect on turnover intention with a tcount of -3.136 and a significant value of 0.004. Conflict and job satisfaction variables have no effect on turnover intention. For tcount conflict of -0.356 and a significant value of 0.724.
