Yusuf khoiruddin, S.E., M.Si %T PENGARUH LEADER MEMBER EXCHANGE, MOTIVASI EKTRINSIK DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS PADA BANK MUAMALAT INDONESIA DI YOGYAKARTA) %X This study aims to determine how the influence of Leader Member Exchange, Extrinsic Motivation, and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Turnover Intention. This research was conducted at the Islamic People's Financing Bank Muamalat Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees of Bank Muamalat Indonesia, amounting to 47 employees, and the sampling technique used saturated samples, which made the entire population as a sample. The data taken in this study is to use primary data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents, the data analysis technique in the study was to use multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24.00 data analysis tools. The results of this study indicate that Leader Member Exchange, Extrinsic Motivation, and Interpersonal Communication simultaneously have a negative effect on Turnover Intention. Partially, Leader Member Exchange variables have a positive effect on employee Turnover Intention with t count 2.527 < 1, 68023 and significance value of 0,034 < 0, 05. Extrinsic Motivation variables have a negative effect on Turnover Intention with t count 2,645 > 1, 68023 and significance value of 0,027 < 0,05.
