This research was conducted at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta, totaling 30 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample, so all employees of Bank Madina Syariah Yogyakarta could fill out the questionnaire. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study was using multiple linear regression analysis which was carried out on the SPSS version 22.00 analysis tool. The results of this study state that the environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work performance, while motivation and ability have no effect on work performance.} }
