The population in this study was 30 employees. Sampling in this study uses as saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS version 16.0 analysis tool. This analysis include the validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis test, classical assumption test, and statistical test through the coefficient of determination (R2), t statistical test, and F statistical test. The result of this study indicate that the organizational culture and organizational commitment did not affect employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational citizenship behaviour has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
