The housing price change is crucial because it can be a higher risk for families. Housing prices are generally influenced by the fundamental economic factors of the country concerned as well as the dynamics of supply and demand in the local market. The housing price dynamics can be described by economic factors, supply, and demand. This study aims to determine the relationship between housing price and economic variables in Malaysia and Indonesia. The dependent variable in this study is the growth of housing prices. At the same time, the independent economic variables are used as interest rates, credit growth, wages, inflation, stock index, property share prices, and GDP. The data research is data from 2005-2019. The study results partially explain that inflation, wages, and stock prices have a positive and significant effect on housing prices. In contrast, the stock index has a negative and significant effect on housing prices. The variables of interest rate, GDP, and credit growth have no significant impact on housing prices. Simultaneous analysis of all variables shows that all variables significantly affect housing prices} }
